What to think through before you list

Every sale starts with a few honest questions — about timing, condition, and what you actually want out of the transaction. Getting clear on these before you talk pricing or prep saves time and sets the right strategy from day one.

Before You List Selling Your Home Trust & Estate Sales

i

Why are you selling, and by when? A relocation on a deadline calls for a different strategy than a sale with flexible timing.

ii

What condition is the home in today? Not every property needs work before it lists — some do, and knowing which saves money either way.

iii

Is the property held individually, jointly, or through a trust or estate? This changes both the paperwork and the timeline.

iv

What matters more — timeline or top dollar? The right pricing strategy depends on which one you’re optimizing for.

Next step

Once you've thought these through, the real strategy conversation starts with a call.
